I share this bc I know there’s creators out there who will question their ability to do art/writing, and judge their worth based on if a publisher will take them. I tried hard for ~4 years before accepting it wasn’t going to happen. So I had to reorient my expectations.

I've had people finish the entirety of Brimstone and Roses (all 143 episodes) and still not know Bea, Lazareth, or Ginger's names

Like it's actually insane how much people skim and then whine about updates "being too short" cause they didn't read

Anyway, just wanna note that yes I'm aware there are other characters in media with fans + fire (looks at fire force) but this one just got particularly close. There's a lot of concepts/OCs I have not shared to the public, in fear of people or AI taking it :') I'm small and indie AHHH

If anything, at least her actual character design is nothing like Anran 🥲 She has only been shown with a disguise so far in the comic. I can deal with comparisons, but it does get annoying if people act like I was inspired/stole these concepts when I already had these planned for years...

Ahhhhhh overwatch has released a character with a similar ability to my coLouR* OC 😭 guess I'll have to deal with comparisons to that too now...people already tried to compare it to ATLA...its ok, great minds think alike 😭😭 (some pics of my OC below)
