I've been crushed under the weight of new course development lately - hoping this will change soon so I can post more art. In the meantime, here's a plush design I completed earlier this year: a parrotfish/wrasse-like fish from a candy-colored reef. I'm especially happy with the upturned snout!

So my first tip for this is just Read a Lot of Comics. have comics in your bookshelf (real or virtual) that you can flip through for inspiration and see how other artists are working and what/how they fit visuals into a panel. I read a lot of manga on my phone, and every time i see a page that--
