Totally get it! I’m biased, but I think that not seeing clearly is the absolute worst!

Most labs have a remake window (usually 90 days) where the doc can ask for them to be remade, free of charge, if the Rx needs to be adjusted, if the measurements are wrong, or if the material or base curve needs to change

I would go back to where you got them and ask for an Rx check. The more details you can give about what seems wrong can be helpful (i.e. “the left eye is bad for near work, or “distance is good but near is bad,” etc)

Sometimes it’s the Rx, or it can be the measurements of where the Rx is put in the lenses (especially in high Rxs like you have) and it can also be the material

We always try to be careful that we don’t over-correct patients, so I generally do try to “push plus” (or less minus) in the lenses. It can sometimes take up to a week for patients to have their focusing muscles relax and adapt to the new lenses.
