Yet another tragic miscarriage of justice in my former home state of Colorado, U.S. Last Friday, the Denver District Court ruled against families of TGD adolescents accessing medically necessary (and often lifesaving) care and allowed Children’s Hospital Colorado to continue to violate state anti-discrimination laws. Last year, Children's Hospital capitulated, obeyed in advance, to homicidal anti-trans demands by the trump regime, in violation of medical ethics, scientific evidence, best practice standards, and Colorado state law. Last week, District Judge Ericka Englert acknowledged the merits of the families' discrimination claim, yet she refused to grant an injuction against that discrimination by the hospital administration. She falsely stated that doing so "would pose a grave danger to the public interest [meaning cisgender class interest] that is greater than the danger to plaintiffs." In truth, the danger to the plaintiffs is of disfigurement and death of their vulnerable children. The lessons of history, and of the Nuremberg trials in particular, are clear: dissolution of basic human rights and eradication of politically targeted minority classes pose the ultimate danger to the public and civil society. Hypocrisy in the AMA leadership: This 2023 article in the AMA's own **Journal of Ethics** reaffirmed the medical necessity of corrective surgical for TGD adolescents. The AMA policy reversal, released earlier this week, lacks even a fig leaf of scientific justification for the contradiction:

Furthermore, the bill would effectively criminalize driving a vehicle with an accurate, congruent license. If passed into law, this would suppress access to employment, housing, education, transportation, voting rights, and health care for TGD people throughout the state. This unconscionable bill has received little coverage in the legacy and even independent media.

Hate states in the U.S. accelerate their cruelty toward TGD people, as Kansas House Bill 2426 would invalidate all congruent drivers licenses and birth certificates for TGD people and replace them with misgendered documents.
