Hey artists/sedentary workers: if you are able to, STRENGTHEN YOUR MUSCLES, especially your traps/back/shoulders.

I fell quite badly on Saturday on my neck/traps (doing silks, tbf), and my PT said I only avoided serious injury bc my muscles are strong 💪
