I was doing this the hard way before it was cool. Tbh the forced system prompts in Claude Code make the tool lose value for me.

It’s like using spark notes vs reading the whole book. You might be able to pass the test but you end up missing a lot of the little details that make the story unique.

You shift how you teach and test for knowledge. The evaluation of “turn in a paper” isn’t a good measure of skills now.

Asking someone to “defend” the paper and they are evaluated based on that.

Vibe coders can’t explain their code. WHY does this exist here? Is often met with shrugs.

We have shifted “I have an idea just need a developer” to “I built a demo with Ai and need someone to finish it”.

Building with Ai and Building into production with Ai are entirely different skill sets.

I’ve spent a lot of time solving this problem, Ai is great at times and fails just as much.

The most powerful use case I’ve done with LLM is PDFs. The amount of variety of PDFs makes for fun challenges and LLMs do a great job of figuring out the word jumble.

I built this storage server many moons ago and it’s been existing in the box in storage due to lack of space to put it. Well I was surprised to find I packed 16TB of 4tb drives in here (ewaste/junk). Anyways I need to do more things with the storage so I’m adding a Mac mini to the mix.

This is why i believe multi agent / steps are the most effective for LLM consistency. You have one agent talking to the use and understanding the request. Another agent to run the tools get the data. Then a final agent to send the response back to the user.
