I thoroughly enjoyed Pridefest yesterday. Many corporations have switched their giving away from such events. I have cancelled my Netflix subscription and have donated the year’s expense to Pridefest. I encourage you to reallocate spend to what matters most.

There are so many things that I dislike about Facebook. My saved items are lost with perpetual "This page isn't available right now" error messages. Also the endless refreshing of the feed, so that when one clicks on a link, reads an article, then wants to go back to comment, the post disappears!

At least in this area we can grow our own (and freeze them).

This year I've been using a Lumen device (www.lumen.me). I like using it and the data it generates in my health journey. I do wish it would integrate more with Apple Health. I use a different app for diet tracking and don't want to have to enter everything twice. Still happy with it, though.

Reading through articles on #ADHD and consistency / habit forming. All the talk of having a "disorder" and "strategies to overcome" leave me feeling like an alien on another world. That implies that there is a home-world out there. One that I wouldn't have to adapt to.

So very true! I was devastated the other day when my lunch bag did a forward roll from the back seat of my car onto the floor. I immediately smelled the cacao and knew my morning hot beverage had spilled and was lost!

I am very connected to the time of year. I have been inert since the beginning of November. The Big Dark! Now I have felt a rebirth associated with Spring. This morning I did a cold plunge and yoga before going to work! I even got to the bus on time! Not meaningful to anyone but me, but goals met!

There is also a "Moderation" setting, you can tell it to "show" "warn" or "hide" adult content. I believe that works on posts that have been tagged by the poster or by the Blue Sky moderation service, though.

Blocking or muting the accounts that are posting them is the only way I know. It's annoying that people don't tag their photos! If you use the Discover or Popular with Friends, then it's going to show you the things that others have liked.
