My niece is 11, and already well versed in sarcasm, so I'm not sure if she was using it that way.

I mentioned 'skibidi' to my niece (11) last weekend, only to be informed that was 'old'.

She then launched into a string of words including '6 7' and 'gyatt' that made me feel like I'd chosen poorly.

It's like how Yanks call drinks... beverages. I know it's easy to just have the one term, but it's a glass of Coke, not a fancy cocktail with a little umbrella.

I like that it's an easy entry point to the Monsterverse movies. Not too weird, or too many characters.
