Funnily enough, it’s the opposite for me: alien stuff difficult to find out of the “furry” space, fennec stuff is easier.

IRL, it’s quite flipped. I’ve only seen a few fen things irl and alien stuff is easy to come by, even though im kinda anal about what *kind* of alien.

I’m 5ft irl, so many people aren’t surprised that I chose a fennec for part of my fursona 🤭

The fennec side: we’re apparently the louder, more hyper versions of normal foxes, maybe a bit more dramatic too because of the smaller size.

Also ear jokes. That’s common too.

As for the alien side: I haven’t gotten many, but expect “probing” jokes aplenty.
