I've been procrastinating on playing the Xenoblade games for years, I keep buying them all on launch day, playing them for a few hours, then getting distracted.

Large games intimidate me, BUT, I do like the characters and what I've seen of these stories.

Hopefully all of these games get patches!

Xenoblade Chronicles X randomly getting a Switch 2 edition is certainly surprising, but definitely glad it happened!

That's fair.

You know, the Government has always lied to us--But when I was a kid, if you said "The Government is lying to us!" you sounded crazy to most.

Now, you sound insane if you DON'T acknowledge that the Government is lying to you about things anyone with half a brain can see.

In the end, I doubt this would ever be up to the game developers, and entirely up to Nintendo to implement.

But I think tabletop mode, especially with that top charger port, is severely limited as it offers neither the handheld experience or docked experience, when it could offer both.

Ultimately, Nintendo's probably worried about the console getting a bit warm in the hands, AND, the added warmth from the screen might cause issues--But, it'd be nice to be able to use the resolution of that 1080p screen more often even if it was only while plugged into the wall.

The Dock actually limits air intake, meaning the console gets hotter while docked than in handheld, but even at its hottest from the Dock, it never feels uncomfortable to hold, even if it does get a bit hot.

And the fan in the dock is only for the circuitry of the dock, not the console.

Honest Question for the tech/software savvy people out there--Is there anything preventing the Switch 2 from drawing all 18-19 watts when in handheld mode, but connected to its charger?

I FEEL like battery life is the sole reason behind undervolting the console in handheld, but I could be wrong.

Whenever we roleplayed Sonic, we all raced to see who got to be Sonic. My Sister always won, but I was fine being Tails.

Whenever the Ice Cream Truck came by, the Sonic shaped Ice Cream was my pick.

Sonic was just awesome, alright?

I had beaten the first two Sonic games countless times the time I was five. Sonic 3 & Knuckles took me a bit longer.

We had a Saturn just for Sonic Jam and Sonic R. (And Nights, Croc and Astal, but my sister was more into those games than me.)

Every birthday I wished for Sonic AND Eggman to be real. (I wanted Eggman real so that Sonic wouldn't get too bored in our world.)

I ran Every day so I could be as fast as Sonic. Mostly so I would be able to clean my room at super speed.

What kinda Sonic kid was I?

Sonic was the first piece of media I was introduced to at Age 2.

I learned to write Sonic at 3, before the words Mom or Dad.

I watched the Sonic OVA every day, and Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog every night.

I asked to name TWO of my younger Brother's Sonic.

What I'm learning, is not only was this guy a predator--He was also behind just about every terrible thing in modern society.

Can we bring him back to life just to kill him again?

And the Chao Gardens were so much cooler!

But with the amount of time I've spent in mutliplayer of SA2B (Like, probably into the hundreds of hours) over the years, it's hard for me to say WHICH of the two versions I prefer.

Both have their advantages!

Gonna ask on this account too, because this is something I've tried to figure out on my own for a bit, but I just don't have time to commit.

I'd like to share my stories on a website--But I have no idea HOW to make a website.

But I'd want something I could post various "Chapters" of a story in a manner that is easy to navigate, while also allowing me to post various stories/images

Funnily enough, I can just about guarantee this wouldn't have done as well as the GB/GBC, and that makes me wonder where Nintendo and their Handhelds would be today?

I originally was gonna predict Rebirth over FF16, but thought it'd be too early as Intergrade JUST released on Switch 2--But hey, should've stuck with my gut!

I'm not surprised by how wrong I was with my predictions, I was simply having fun and throwing things at the wall--I AM surprised by how Duskbloods wasn't shown!

Guess they're saving that one for a full Direct?

I've been a fan of this channel for YEARS.

But, this is the video, that I think is the most important on this tech channel. This video cannot be watched in part, but there is an important message at the end that many NEED to hear.

It's as long as a Disney movie, just listen to it or watch it.

Basically: I mostly discuss Sonic stuff with IRL friends at this point, because any discussion online quickly turns into me dodging a quantity of purple toxic waste that would put Robotnik to shame.

Still love Sonic, just don't have much interest in the Fandom!
