Equipments are not class like damaged if collisions is with human

There are a lot of incidents in Moscow because it's the most populated region, but also because a Telegram account I followed was “specialized” on Moscow

Not easy to identify partisans, as they don't always claim responsibility for their actions (for security)

Number of collisions is high because collision with humans are count

Russians media seem to talk less about sabotage (relay cabin) than before, even if is a failure

I've been careful about sabotage, so a news who doesn't provide sufficient evidence won't be classified as sabotage.
