X-Files/TF is actually a 2014 book.

I've also not read it before, it seems to be the most forgotten of the pre-Hasbroverse crossover Events and it sounds terrible (and more like a Lone Gunmen comic than a Mulder and Scully one).
But, we shall see!
And yes, I am doing the X-Files crossover next, having nearly forgotten it because I never put it on the Revisitation Master List.
Technically, it should be an addendum as it's not main canon. But it's a sequel to stories that are main canon (but weren't at the time), so that's my fudge.

This week's reading is the Nick Roche Spotlight Megatron!
Probably the most overlooked bit of Roche work, it tends to be remembered in terms of Don Figuroa's complaint that Hasbro had no more legal right to turns Bomber Megatron into a toy than IDW had to use it in the comic in the first place.
Because I'm settled into someone asking this every few months (so, there's an interest, Skybound!), I'll say now publicly to save time later:
I don't have full scans of the Titan Transformers comic, and my scanner not being quite large enough would make it difficult and time-consuming to do so.
This week, Ultra Magnus had a little drink about an hour ago, and it went straight to his head.
Plus, Swerve gets epoch ghosted and there's an author insert joke sat next to an author insert.

That must have been in that Phatom Manace teaser trailer induced period where dramatic trailer voiceovers started to be faded out, so it's a weird transitional phase of having Cullen day a few big boomy trailer guy lines at the start and then nothing for the rest of it.

(To be clear, I've brought all of IDW at least twice, and MTMTE 3 times. The pirate versions were just easier to grab images from)
The short story is a fun little extra, exactly what this sort of thing should be (especially as it's not guaranteed to be included in reprints, Hachette originally left it out and stuck it in a later book).
Unfortunately the next one would try to resolve major plots off the comic page...

Whirl is the iconic one though, you used to see this cosplay at non-TF cons pretty regularly.
