I lament that I can’t write a news article about the Microsoft price increase purely to use the strap “Microsoft price yikes”

I realized I’ve been sort of mourning the internet lately. It’s odd. This ‘place’ that used to contain a wealth of actually valuable information, and introduced me to many people I now call friends, and which paved the way for my career, has almost completely rotted away. It’s not coming back.

So glad I’m already boycotting Microsoft products as much as I can.

Ridiculous price, mindless timing on the part of MS here, when so many are already feeling the pinch when it comes to gaming.

Funnily enough, I had a conversation yesterday with a friend and said that I’d love to work for an outlet that only focuses on indie games, or smaller, more obscure stuff.
I’m so burnt out by AAA and I’ve always liked championing smaller devs and teams.
There’s space for this coverage too.

Finished Blue Prince. What a masterpiece!
It floors me that people’s brains can create something this intricate and wonderfully devilish.
Easily in my GotY list, I can imagine.

Now that I’m not working full time, I’ve been able to play some banging games.
So, the last two days have been mammoth Blue Prince sessions of getting lost and scribbling pages of notes.
Superb experience.
