An interesting idiom is “the horns of a dilemma”. My current situation fits. I suffer from allergies pretty much year round between dust mites and pollen. The modern “non-drowsy” antihistamines like Claritin and Allegra seem to have no effect. Zyrtec does help but it makes me really drowsy. Horns.

I signed up for Threads when it first came out, saw that it didn’t have a follows-only feed, and said nope. I see that it does now but I’m not ready for another platform. However, I had to say something when I saw the 20th person said a football game was delayed by “lightening”. 🤦‍♂️

This was my grandson’s last at bat in his second game of the day yesterday. It was also his last at bat as a 15 year old. He’ll be back at it this morning as a 16 year old.

My wife loves westerns and we watch a ton of them. I used to do a thing on Facebook where I would take a pic of someone who did a guest spot on a western, and later became a big star, and have people try to identify them. A LOT of big time Hollywood stars cut their teeth on westerns.
