Next year is going to be interesting.

The average umpire accuracy is +/- 94%. How much of those 6% missed calls erodes as a result of new technology is going to be really interesting.

Umpires will love/hate it. Downside, the missed calls laid bare. Upside, less confrontation at the plate?

Mariners getting swept by the Rays and Rangers dropping 2 of 3 to the Serpientes is significant.

The first load of leaves will be covering the lawn by day’s end.

On the upside, with 50mph gusts the leaves from our trees will end up in the next village.

Seems Wunderground and Storm Radar are both not showing southern precipitation radar. Met seems to still be working.

I watch a lot of bike racing. There are more similarities than one might think.

In both, the distance between success and failure is but a sliver of inches. (And mph).

I hope they can do something to help Hector recapture his form. They saw enough talent to sign him.

Wasn’t aware of that and I wish nothing but the best for Hector.

The coaches there have a great record of extracting talent. I hope they see something that they can tweak to make him effective.
