Det har alltid eksistert bygdetullinger. Så bra at du ikke har blitt utsatt for de før nå?

Trikset er å holde de utenfor stortinget.

Care to elaborate on what went wrong? That would be much more valuable to the rest of us. Not because pointing fingers but because it would allow us an objective look in the mirror to self evaluate.

Fifth grade is about 12. About 7% of american adolescents report having been sexually active before 13, so I would say it is just in time.

Oh, and mummy needs to grow up a bit. In six years the sprog will be moving out, probably.

I am norwegian. If your affiliations raises questions about conflicts of interest you need to recuse yourself. You can not accept gifts above about $10 or thereabouts without running afoul of corruption rules. There is EU training for those in need.

You guys have lost your way.

FCC head Brendan Carr tells Europe to get on board with Starlink Author of Project 2025 chapter says EU regulators have “bias” against US tech firms.

I find the lack of self insight in the US disturbing. Yes, china has a problematic history.

That doesn't mean that the US gets a free pass on fascism and racism.

There are four companies looking to replace Starlink in Ukraine. Eutelsat is one of them.

Uimponerende, ja.

Artig at den klumpen der kaller noen "skrotvenstre" i det hele tatt.

I do like how you respond to my criticism by describing everyone else as dumb, though.

I'll ponder that over a Saturday tipple.

I find the american tendency to see everything in extremes fascinating.

To me "there are no longer cars in Paris" is not a sensible interpretation of the headline, clickbait or no.

YMMV

What made you think there were no cars?

12.04.2025 16:15 — 👍 10    🔁 0    💬 0    📌 0

funny you should say that. Hereabouts we have boxes ahead of the cars for bikes to stop in. Part of the reason is that bikes are quicker at getting started than cars, for the first few metres or so. In a city it makes sense to give them the right of way.

so, you carry miniscule weight, but it is hard to stop (!) and get started again?

Bit of a conflict there?

Have you considered startibg building and selling in Europe? A lot of people around me have been looking into your gear, but have held off on buying from a different continent.

Meanwhile, many of us abroad think that if you need filibustering there is something really wrong with your system of government.

I personally think having only two parties is a cause of much of the grief. It promotes an us-and-them way of thinking which ensures absolutely no progress.

On the 31st day he res^h^h^h had a day off from news, in between jobs, going for a three hour ride in what passes for sun in March in Norway. And then the bike needed a wash.

Good for my mental health, this. For my health in general.

Did he say who he was praying to? Being a norwegian I kind of have to ask, given our main export.

If you are talking about the ICC, USA never signed the Rome accords. Rubio in a court in Hague is not going to happen.

Trump is not someone I agree with at all, but granting privileges according to need is a fairly well-established security practice for several decades. There is absolutely no need for someone to retain their clearance after the need for it is gone. If that has been the practice it should change.

I am lucky to be able to motivate myself for indoor cardio training in winter by traveling places. This year we went to ride #stradebianche, and this is how it looks.

Very beautiful, but the hills are murder. Great start to the season.

Europe is not under one government, but yes. Norway was too easily invaded in 1940. We should have had better leaders at the time. I have no problems accepting that.

Anybody living in a democracy is, in a small way, responsible for their representation, even if they did not vote.

I am really sure you elected him president. That means he represents you. That train has left the station, and you are on it.

If you don't like that you need to figure out how to get off, or how to stop the train.

I applaud the changes in airports. A lot of them now have exhibitions of local trinkets. This is from my local airport - all of these swords are more than a millennium old, and have been found within 1000 kms of where I live. Not reproductions.
