Participating sites then filled the repository with data at their sites using for example the following agreed clinical content models:

Importantly, the authors also contributed to the broader community by making these newly created, standardised openEHR data models freely available through the Clinical Knowledge Manager - fostering transparency, reuse, and further development.

The clinical content has been governed using the HiGHmed Clinical Knowledge Manager (provided by us here at Ocean Health Systems).

👉 Infection control impact:

SmICS cuts routine infection control task times by up to 81% according to the authors, while offering powerful visualisations of patient movements, contacts, and outbreaks.

👉 openEHR strengths:

In this context, openEHR’s clinical content modelling methodology and its Archetype Query Language (AQL) provide a flexible, semantically rich basis for structuring and querying infection-related data across heterogeneous systems.

Ich habe meinen Zorn über Metas Pläne zum KI-Training in einen launigen Kommentar samt Anleitung zum Widerspruch verwandelt. Noch bis 26. Mai solltet ihr "Nein" sagen, sonst hängt ihr für immer drin. Falls das Datenschutz-Argument nicht überzeugt, dann vielleicht der Apell an die Selbstachtung.
