I made this last night and today. My new method for song naming: search for a photo on my phone that will work with the song, then use photo/search word as the name. Wolf Alarm. Who’s the Wolf?

Technical stuff: I started with some guitar and a looper pedal (hence the picture) and recorded it coming out of the amp on my phone then emailed it to myself and started playing around with it in Ableton using their pre-made sounds/samples. I also converted the guitar stuff into MIDI to play with.

The song title is about the grief of losing my youth and the world that surrounded it, but it’s in a major key because I’m still holding on to a grain of hope. It feels good to make stuff for me again!
