It’s the colors I had in my stash of fabric. I actually was in a gas station, they always have wolf tshirts for sale. I thought to myself I want to put a wolf on a quilt. I did a previous quilt with a sun with rays but used different colors.

Working on my quilt top. I took the appliquéd USS enterprise off the quilt top and the appliquéd a different ship. This one looks better. Now I’m wondering if I should take the wolf off and appliqué a bigger one. Still thinking about that. #quilt #StarTrek

I have been getting ton of positive reactions for my Star Trek Doorway quilt. It warms my heart. Several people have mentioned it reminds them of Wile E. Coyote running into the wall after the Road Runner. I laughed greatly at this imagery. Here is my quilt with that visual. #StarTrek #wileECoyote

LOL, there is an oopsie, I failed to put a black strip between the bottom grey block and the pink and blue block. We are gonna call this a creative deviation. 🙂
