“Peaceful Protest” is an oxymoron baked into our culture to ensure true progress is never achieved. Name me a movement whose success hinged on peaceful protest. It doesn’t exist. I’m not condoning violence, just operating in reality. Historians like @tadstoermer.bsky.social ;good place to start.

I’m not going to lecture you as to why you’re wrong. I’ll state I’m a second generation German-American, and that there will be no return to “what we had before”. Hard truth to swallow. Buckle up. This is generational fight.
