The president said, in a televised speech, that he's sending his new, less restrained, more violent military into US cities to practice their brutality on immigrants and minorities, to better train them to apply that brutality to other countries.

He said this out loud.

Remember: No matter what terrible thing happens today, and there will be something because that's the world we live in now, no matter how bad, no matter who's involved, no matter what, Nancy Mace is the real victim.

Everyone should be held to the same standards.

The right is leveraging a murder to blame Dems.

Jesse Watters is convincing Fox viewers the killer was a liberal. Based on what? The chyron says “assassin still on the loose” as he speaks.

Trump dropped a video too, blaming the left with zero evidence.

The goal is violence. And it’s coordinated.

The left isn’t “dancing on Charlie Kirk’s grave,” we’re just pointing out that, thanks to rhetoric like his, a lot of other graves exist.

It is possible to hold both of these things true at the same time:

1) political violence is never an appropriate choice in a civilized society

2) Charlie Kirk’s dream is to create exactly the kind of society he currently lives in, as spoken from his own mouth

Political violence is bad. It usually begets more political violence.

Celebrating political violence is bad. It usually encourages more political violence, against various targets.

Campus shootings are bad. They make everyone on campus less safe.

It's bad that what I wrote here is controversial.
