👩‍🚀🔭 Mae Jemison graduated from Stanford University with multiple degrees. She then earned her medical degree from Cornell University and was a doctor for the Peace Corps. She became the "first black woman astronaut," and a crew member aboard the Space Shuttle Endeavour.

I enjoyed reading the author’s 2nd novel about life & medicine in eastern KY. This time, half of the book is set in Belize. I loved learning about that country from the POV of a visiting doctor. While the plot centers on a mystery, its core is about Lucy’s need to wander! 📖❤️ #reading #books #booksky
