They're a little ways off being first choice

Thiaw coming in will be a welcome boost and we probably could still do with a CM capable of pushing the first team. Not a long way to go to have a decent squad for me like.. If only signing players was easier 😅 #NUFC

All that being said, if there's one deficiency that's been laid bare it's the lack of striker. We really need to sort that out as a priority. #NUFC

Difficult to read too much into it when we've never actually played a game with our first 11 but the players who have filled in have done well. Miley looks confident, Seung-soo and Elenga look useful. #NUFC

Shouldn't be surprised when Sesko signs for Man U. The fact is, certain clubs are able to pay players a lot more than other clubs. Sure you could come up with reasons why #NUFC is the better move, but none of it gets close to the tens of millions of pounds more he'll earn over there.

News on Absolute Radio just reported a bid from Manchester United for Benjamin Sesko... No reports of anything from #NUFC.. certain club bias or has our bid never actually been a thing?

It certainly feels disastrous. Especially with the CEO and SD positions taking so long to fill, it makes you wonder what's going on. The fact is we don't actually know much about what is going on behind the scenes - understandable that we'd assume the worst!

Still think the most likely outcome is that Isak ends up at Liverpool. Thing I'm most confident about however is that when #NUFC play Liverpool, Alexander Isak does not feature....
