this guy arrived 2 months ago, and everyone trained him. even the girl that arrived a week before him. this guy is utterly lost. understands nothing. what am i supposed to do now. dude is just stuck and i don't know what else to do to unstuck him.

i hadn't realised that telling someone barging in on you while you're not on break, and telling them, "one sec i can't hear you" was reason enough for them to storm out. i mean, don't go telling people i'm mean when you didn't give me the 5 seconds i needed to remove the headset i require for work.
