Here are some ways we can heal the planet and mitigate climate change through food and agriculture: which foods and farming help, which to pull back on, choices we can make at home to lighten our footprint, and which movements to watch out for that are more greenwash/marketing than urgent solutions.

Reducing the impact of food is probably some of the lowest-hanging fruit in climate action, where we could be doing a lot more with very little impact on lifestyles other than reducing meat/dairy consumption. But it needs serious government effort and (probably) taxes on meat, milk, cheese, etc.
