I got hit with a bug to do some perspective work one night, and then it rapidly devolved into. Well. This. Making backgrounds is always difficult, so I was very much pushing myself here. And I couldn't be happier with the result!

Yeah, like I'm not looking down on anyone about it, especially when I can see how phone app stuff works now and what they sorta train you to expect.
It's just surreal, especially since email isn't an obsolete thing, it's still incredibly useful and most things still require it to some degree.

Many of them aren't as popular ANYMORE, I should sail. Gmail used to be semi-exclusive (kinda, long-ish story), but these days nearly everyone has one.

I don't personally trust many of Google's policies anymore, so I've been shifting over to Protonmail, but I can still message to anyone.

I use Protonmail myself, as it's one of the better services with genuine privacy functions.

But yeah, there's tons of email clients out there (granted I think many of them aren't as popular).
Yahoo, Outlook, Hotmail, etc. etc.

And pretty much all of them can send messages to each other just fine.

There's a lot of reasons I prefer email for any work discussions, including that we don't have to have the same *kind* of email to still talk to each other. (there we can some strange formatting issues some times, but that's rarely an issue)

I ask, cause I've had a couple times now where someone assumed they had to have email service I did, which I guess when you've dealt mostly with walled-garden platforms, it'd make sense someone would assume that?

I'm gonna give it a few days for folks who are more knowledgable about this stuff to weigh in before I make a final decision on Stoat. It seems from my understanding that this stuff listed here was the only thing that had it, but I think it was rewritten later or such?
