Today there was an attempted ICE raid in Bensonhurst & community members showed up. Even though NYPD collaborated with ICE by trying to disburse the crowd; community members stood their ground & ICE left without kidnapping a single person per the rapid response groups I'm on. We protect us!

one day people will learn that elections can come down to convincing someone to vote / believe in something and not against something.

No live organism can continue for long to exist sanely under conditions of absolute reality; even larks and katydids are supposed, by some, to dream. Hill House, not sane, stood by itself against its hills, holding darkness within; it had stood so for eighty years and might stand for eighty more. Within, walls continued upright, bricks met nearly, floors were firm, and doors were sensibly shut; silence lay steadily against the wood and stone of Hill House, and whatever walked there, walked alone.

After nine years, Rez Infinite remains gaming’s greatest tease “If we're using the word ‘prologue,’ obviously something has to come after...”

We're kicking off a series of music game oral histories with a look back at Rez Infinite -- and why it's been nine years without a follow-up.

A poem that reads as follows:

If we accept a block as a measurement of time, then we must also accept that a block can be elongated by the pace of one’s gait, or shortened by a jog or sprint.

Every block I walk with you feels suspended in place, invisible wires affixing it to the setting sky and stretching far towards the horizon.

Were I so lucky, I imagine this block could stretch on till The End, at which point there will be nowhere else to walk, except from this life to the next.
