Absolute incompetence: Nearly two months after San Francisco installed the first of 33 speed safety cameras, city officials told KQED there is no expected date for all the cameras to be operational.

The California Coastal Commission approved the permit authorizing the closure of Upper Great Highway to private car traffic (aka converting the space into a park and public outdoor recreation space)!
This is a massive step towards the creation a new, full-time oceanfront park π

Great Highway Park opponents said, βPut it to the votersβ¦let the voters decide,β but changed their mind when the voters overwhelmingly voted to transform Upper Great Highway into a full-time, oceanfront park by approving Prop K.
