2 Taco’s and a little potato salad. I was in a really great and wonderful mood today so I made Potato Salad. I followed the recipe from Villains Cookbook page 68 Maleficent’s Purple Potato Salad. I only had a little bit of it on my plate because saving most of the potato salad for tomorrow. At times next day potato salad tastes really wonderful. Today was Taco Tuesday. I feel very full after eating 2 Taco’s…should have just ate one taco. Oh, well…
