Before you donate to a charity, always ask yourself "does this organisation materially help people". Some are literally all talk, and strongly worded letters, it's much better to give to someone who's actually doing something.

I'm honestly starting to wonder if you're misunderstanding the definition of charisma. A lot of what you're describing in your arguments is charisma.

And being really good at that you do have to have a level of charisma. People like him have always been gaining power like that since the beginning of democracy, it's just that the 30s is when we started to get proper recordings.

Often the case, yes, but I was specifically meaning parents who leave an opening for a kid to pick up those beliefs, rather than actively teaching the kid to be like that. Both can lead to the same result.

I think a big issue is parents often seem to stop paying enough attention to their kids once they hit their teen years. If a parent isn't paying attention, and properly talking to their kids, they'll never notice they're being indoctrinated.
