my only real Ninja Gaiden 4 complaint 2/3rds in on hard is that being able to get hit at the end of an Ultimate Technique is antithetical to the series design and it's garbage.

I'm a bit in and I've played both versions of NG2 and extensively played MGR, this is a weird mix of MGR and NG2-2, yes
It even has half the combat boil down to execution baiting like NG2 lol, it's fun asf so far but yeah, definitely feels like a platinum spin on something between the 2 NG2 versions
