People keep confusing “gentle” with “permissive” or “enabling.” All the parents I know that employ gentle parenting are still firm and let their kids know that there are consequences for their actions.

They discipline their kids…they just don’t use physical violence to do it.

I’ve never heard anything bad, so I’m not surprised. I like the OG Jumanji, but I’m under the impression it’s a different type of film than the remake and its sequels.
