In most consumer tech, “smart” means “complicated .”
Come to think, “smart” usually has the connotation “not obvious.” Everyday tech should feel obvious.
And if it’s somehow “smart”, it should explain itself. Instead, most “smart” tech needs smart users, or smart experts to explain it to them.
