This isn't a retention based on respect, care, transparency, and quality.

The attention economy is saturated and has been for a *while*.

We're no longer in an economy of audience-growth, but of audience-retention.

Had an awesome set of matches with a player in SF 3rd Strike on Arcade Club Leeds on their SEGA Versus City cab.

Having online is nice but it simply cannot compare with in-person matches and the ability to interact after each match.
