Who decided what gets redacted? Because DOJ redacted "I'd" and "N.Y." and "I'm".

I don't know who cobbled the ... well. Document IDs EFTA01190936 - EFTA01190950 together, but two of those redactions are directly from the text of a 2012 "Reason" Magazine essay.

And here's a newsflash for you: enforcement will be non-existent.

And what of when ICE arrests someone only to - months later - reveal that they had NO reason at all to do so and finally releases them?
