I hear you. I have to tell patients to drive upto 6 hrs for routine follow ups and for a bladder ultrasound on 09.30.25. Less than 15 minutes visits, in total. It is inhuman.

Had the misfortune of calling half a dozen patients from the Urology clinic I work at to tell them we'd have to cancel their virtual visit or they'd have to come see us near DT Seattle. Most of our patients are female & drive upto 6 hrs to come see us due to lack of specialist care where they live 😔
