this thought process would be so much easier to parse is bsky had polls and i could easily and quickly ask for opinions on my own terms in that vain

i just worry about what would be most interesting to follow for an audience vs what's most exciting to make for me

essentially this would render everything I've posted about ST so far backstory to the events of Act 3 and provide context for what's happening Now rather than be precursor and setup to what happens Later. if that makes sense. the wheels are turning.

for a small nugget of context, "Act 3" as it stands now has a major shift in several characters' and the setting's status quo and I'm now considering whether the story should pick up there and have "Act 1" and "Act 2" as backstory that gets filled out as events progress

also keep flip flopping on where the story even should begin and starting to now go.............what if it started even Later down the line with flashback arcs and kajdknwjfjfj gah. The act of creation.

thinking about shin tokyo again,,, reconsidering the specific format i'd wanna present it in and if it should even be Just The One piece when it's a bunch of interconnected little stories tying in and leading to The Big One,,,
