The phrase “no administration on behalf of the Department” is a concise example of how muddle-headed these dipshit attorneys are. They were plucked from the defense table at Trump’s trials to run the DOJ and they don’t have the sand to do it.

Of course all districts differ, but as a 20+ year court employee I can tell you that most bails are done by video these days. So there is really no excuse. They can do a bail review almost instantly if they really want to.

There is no mention of anyone named Epstein in the Constitution so the founding fathers would clearly be against releasing the Epstein Files.
