I think it’s popular in some circles because it is so brief, but in my opinion, it’s a poorly designed measure. When I’ve needed something brief in the past, I’ve used the ASQ, C-SSRS screener, or pulled items from the SITBI.

To my mind, there is no practical difference and is one of the reasons I never use that measure.
