26.01.2026 19:25 β π 87 π 20 π¬ 2 π 0Bottom line: The budget includes important investments, but more work remains.
We look forward to working with Governor Kathy Hochul and the Legislature to build on this progress and strengthen access to reproductive health care across New York.

20.12.2025 13:29 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0While this action represents important progress, it is not the finish line. New Yorkers deserve health data protections that put control in their hands.
We look forward to continuing to work with the Gov. and Legislature to advance stronger, more comprehensive protections in the next session.
In an era when digital data can be exploited to punish people for their health care decisions, strong, enforceable privacy protections are not optional β they are essential.
20.12.2025 13:29 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0At the same time, we are disappointed that New Yorkers did not receive the full protections they deserve when it comes to control over their personal health information.
20.12.2025 13:29 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0This is a critical and necessary step forward, and we thank @bradhoylmansigal.bsky.social and Assemblymember Harry Bronson for their leadership in advancing these protections.
20.12.2025 13:29 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0We applaud @governor.ny.gov for signing Shield Law 2.0 and strengthening protections for patients, providers, and families against out-of-state efforts to criminalize reproductive and gender-affirming care.
