Points system may be flawed, only time will tell but the player pool has increased for me tbh. I picked defenders like Tarkowski & Chalobah over Van Dijk. Even though I think VVD is great value at £5.9m.

I like that we can have different strategies even if a premium mid like Salah, Saka or Palmer etc suddenly become “essential”. Previously, we’d have to break our teams to afford them.

Now, managers can realistically take them on with say Anderson & Garner for a combined £10.5m 👀

FPL community moaned for years that certain players like defensive mids etc were redundant & “something should be done”. FPL towers makes a change & ppl are still unhappy 🤷🏿‍♂️

Could maybe understand if defcons pts were unlimited but a select few players getting 2 extra pts doesn’t ruin the game imo

Haaland is still the best striker in the league playing for arguably the best or 2nd best attack🤷🏿‍♂️

Would have to see him get benched by Marmoush in consecutive games or a few more Haaland blanks before considering to sell. In that scenario, I’d go Semenyo & Cherki/Marmoush for “cover”.

FT: The perfect away day. Elland Road is a tough place to go but we weathered the early storm and stamped our authority on the game. There was real pressure on Arsenal today but they dealt with it perfectly.

Madueke impactful, goals for Gyokeres and Jesus, and our bouncers at the back very solid.
