Rather than paying for a longer life, we should regulate harmful product industries so they don't profit from shortening it.

The CDC recognises firearm injuries as a serious public health issue & the American Academy of Pediatrics states that the “most effective way to prevent unintentional gun injuries, suicide and homicide to children and adolescents… is the absence of guns from homes and communities”.
