No there is not. 12th Amendment. “But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.” 22nd Amendment. “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice.” Can’t be elected P or VP.

Lawyer here. My educated take on this is that anyone who suggests a third term should be smacked with a rolled-up copy of the Constitution.

In case you've forgotten, the press, i.e. the fourth estate, holds its own public service role as the final check on government. It is literally your job to hold the government to account, not normalize their plans to side-step the Constitution. Hope this helps! law.yale.edu/mfia/case-di...

No there is not. The Constitution is a hard bar. Any argument otherwise is literal quackery.

It is just plain foolish to think "charities" can meet the need. And meeting people's needs is exactly WHY WE HAVE GOVERNMENTS.
