To remove vaccines from ACIP guidelines, which seems to be the end goal here, is effectively a ban. If a vaccine is not recommended, Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance can refuse to cover it. Few people can afford to pay for the cost out of pocket.

They fill a glove with warm water to simulate human touch for patients who may not have family at bedside. Its popularity grew during peak of covid19 when hospital visits were not allowed.
