<3 Chicken Noodle Soup <3 Ingredients: 1 bag Carrots - Cut into half rounds 1 head Celery - Chopped 2 large Onions (White or Yellow) - Chopped 1lb Chicken Breast 1lb chicken Thighs Better Than Bouillon Chicken 1 Tbl Garlic Salt 1 tsp White Pepper 1 package - Egg Noodles or pasta of choice Optional - Other veggies like zucchini, cabbage, and Broccoli. All Veggies are welcome in this soup! Recipe: Place chopped veggies, Chicken Breast, and Chicken Thigh in a large pot Fill with water until just covered and heat on Medium High Add Garlic Salt, White Pepper, and Bouillon according to directions on the package Heat until water begins to boil and then turn heat down to a simmer and cover Let soup simmer for at least 15 minutes. (It’s best if you can let it go for an hour or two.) 10 minutes before serving, taste the broth and add Garlic Salt, White Pepper, and Bouillon to taste Fish out the chicken and shred using two forks and return it to the pot (If it hasn’t fallen apart in the broth already) Add pasta directly to the post and cook according to the directions on the package. Grab a blanky and some comfy socks and enjoy!
ok I always make a full on VAT of soup so feel free to cut down the recipe as you see fit.
