Okay my read: since the court struck down the tariffs as unlawful from the start, it's refund time. Jurisdiction will be US Court of International Trade, they'll have to unpack it. But there should be refunds coming. Looks like a complete repudiation of IEEPA-based tariffs and total loss for Trump.

The 9MA and 20MA are now resistance for the stock market. High-yield spread has been widening since the end of January. Warning signs.
