Just a heads up, ussocom took delivery of the OA-1K Skyraider. It is a military variant of the airtractor AT-802 crop duster aircraft commonly seen in the US. Not sure if this is aircraft in question, but if so then it is in fact a military aircraft. Kind of like the O-1 bird dog in Vietnam.
