A question posted on a company message board asking for a company-wide statement committing to our DEI initiatives, as a government contractor. It also stresses the importance this holds to so many members of the company.

Last week, I asked the hard question on my company Yammer message board. I understood that this may be uncomfortable for many but felt it important to put out there as an openly genderfluid individual who also has the white privilege to counter act that. I'm refusing to be complacent.
