(3/4) The project draws on discussions held within the three sessions of the Conference of Parties and is generously funded by the Überlebensrecht Stiftung. Beyond a final report, the project output will also include a policy brief and an online webinar.

(2/4) The 22 January marked five years of the TPNW’s entry into force. Ahead of the first Review Conference in November-December 2026, BASIC is conducting a project analysing the TPNW’s implementation and impact with the aim of proposing actionable policy recommendations.
