Ohio State and Oregon very well could both be undefeated on the Big 10 side. My guess is if two SEC teams were undefeated in the conference title game it would be Ole Miss vs ATM. Rebels have a very favorable schedule the rest of the way. Only at UGA looks daunting.

In the 4th quarter it felt like the Tech edge rushers started the play in the backfield. 😂

There is still A LOT of ball left to play… but assuming Texas Tech wins out, how many losses will Big 10/SEC teams be allowed to remain ahead of Tech?

I’ll assume Miami is undefeated and top 4. A 0/1 loss Big 10 champ is top 4… then where does Tech fall in line? Behind 2-loss conf runner-up?

I’m confused. Cincinnati just defeated Iowa State head to head. They have the same record. How do you have ISU above Cincinnati?

Also, I actually think Arizona State is probably better than BYU but I’m respecting the undefeated record here.

Honestly, 4-7 is mostly a toss-up to me. I feel like any of these teams would win at home against any of the others. TCU dropping despite winning has more to do with Cincinnati’s win. I felt like dropping Iowa State behind the Frogs was too far of a drop for losing by one score on the road…

Texas Tech improves to 5-0 (2-0) with a dominant 35-11 road victory over Houston.

The SEC is always going to get the benefit of the doubt in the rankings. The loss to FSU looks really bad now after the Noles dropped back to back games. Tech needs A. To keep winning. B. ASU & BYU to keep winning so they have ranked wins.

The Houston o-line is getting completely dominated by the Texas Tech d-line at this point. Every drop back looks like a jailbreak blitz right now.

It is absolutely wild to me how much contact WR are allowed to have vs DB on a pass play without a flag being thrown.

I think today you have to have Ole Miss at 4. OU at 5 and ATM at 6 (assuming a win tonight) is probably about right. Bama and Indiana going to be in the mix ahead of Tech as well.
